Brief, Structured Education for Parents and Caregivers

This library contains short, focused modules grounded in health psychology and behavioral principles related to daily routines, food and eating patterns, stress regulation, and medical routine consistency within complex caregiving systems

Each module is approximately 15 minutes and is designed to introduce practical concepts that support sustainable change over time. These modules are educational in nature and do not replace individualized consultation or medical care. Also, all services are consultative in nature and do not include psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or medical treatment.

  •  Behaviorally structured strategies for routine and medical follow-through stability

  • Practical examples related to food systems, feeding dynamics, stress, and caregiver well-being
